Determine How Healthy You Are Via Your Poop and Pee

Have you wondered if your body functions well but were ashamed to talk about it? The miracle of Internet answers so many questions! It is worth noting what goes on in the WC because you might get indications on serious problems which you should consider.   4. Lol, I love it. :) I spent time researching healthy pee and poop in the beginning of my food journey. I was definitely on the unhealthy side of things before I learned how to appropriately care for my most amazing human body. Whenever I see dark yellow pee here, I hunt down the guilty girl and make her drink a big glass of water! ;)
