You are welcome, Valerie.
DeleteWell, what goes in must come out, and it is important to know if it is coming out healthy :)
ReplyDeleteYou are right, Laurie but the thing is that most people fail to see the connection between going in and coming out :)
DeleteLol, I love it. :) I spent time researching healthy pee and poop in the beginning of my food journey. I was definitely on the unhealthy side of things before I learned how to appropriately care for my most amazing human body. Whenever I see dark yellow pee here, I hunt down the guilty girl and make her drink a big glass of water! ;)
ReplyDeleteHaha, Melinda, you are like an all-seeing eye!
DeleteHaha, that's hilarious!! Bet there aren't too many blog posts about pee and poop out there. ;) Cool infographic, Sonya, thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteIt is, isn't it! But in an educational way :)
DeleteDefinitely. :)
DeleteTotally important read but in a fun and pleasurable way. Thanks! Would it be odd to post this in my bathroom for guests? Ha!
ReplyDeleteHaha, I think this is a wonderful idea, Shelly. You will give your guests "food" for thought after a generous dinner :)
